Tim Slack Auction & Realty, LLC has been conducting auctions since 1986 beginning under the trade name Mount Hope Auction Service. In 1989 Tim opened an office in Fennimore and hired Rodney Freymiller, Auctioneer/RE Broker and officially changed names to Tim Slack Auction & Realty, LLC. Tim and Rodney have been conducting auctions and selling real estate very successfully ever since. Tim was also a part owner in Wilkinson Auction & Realty, LLC until 2005 which focused on farm personal property and farm machinery dealer close out and reduction and consignment auctions. Times have changed and Tim now does more contract auctioneering for other companies including Bloomington Livestock and Milwaukee Metro Auto Auction.
Tim and his staff have and continue to conduct successful Real Estate Auctions including a recently sold 225 acre farm, Farm Personal Property Auctions, Fennimore Produce Auctions, Hay-Bedding-Firewood Auctions, Antique and Collectible Auctions, Specialty Auctions such as Indian Artifacts, War Memorabilia and Guns, Business Closeouts and Liquidations, Damaged and Unclaimed Freight Auctions and Household Auctions.
